Cylinder: adopts STKM-13 seamless steel cylinder and
S45C precision machined piston.

2 )Oil
Seals of Auxiliary Hydraulic Cylinder and Hydraulic
Cylinder for Loading/Unloading the Mold: Adopt Japanese
NOK oil seals。

3 ) Characteristics:
abrasion and temperature resistant, durable.

Seal: All shaft oil seals and packings adopt UGD/J from
West Germany.
五、Vertical
Post: Medium carbon steel is hard chromium treated to
have an HRC from 55 to 58.

Rails
for In/Out Molds: The sliding surface uses S45C that is
ion-nitrided to enable smooth sliding of in/out molds
and prolonged lifespan.

Mold
Press Working Table (upper/lower tables): ion-nitrided,
including mold-In/out plates, milled to achieve HV-660~680 hardness; the upper table is made of S50C, the lower
table, S50C.

Electrical
Heater: cartridge heater, nickel-chromium alloy with
stainless copper cladding, temperature accuracy within
±3℃

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system is proportional pressure and
flow controlled in collective circuit design; the
ascending/descending speed of the main cylinder can be
